At RP Seitz Ancient Coins, we want our clients to be happy with their purchases, as it is our philosophy to work with our clients to build their collections. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, please contact our offices as soon as you receive it. We require clients to make their decisions quickly, however, we do provide a window of no more than 7 days from the date of receiving the item or items. Clients are responsible for the shipping fees and are responsible for insuring the item or items for their invoiced price. Refunds will be made upon the arrival of those returns in the form by which the original payment was received, or the funds may be left on credit towards future purchases.
Please note that even though we do not charge clients a charge for using credit cards on purchases, we will not absorb those same charges if an item is returned. Credited items charged by credit card or Paypal will be subjected to the percentage originally charged by these companies. For most credit cards we are charged 3%. Paypal varies from 3-4.5% and up depending on the currency it was received in. Of course, as an incentive, all of these fees will also be waived if the credit is left on account towards future purchases.
